Why Rodeo Peak Coffee?
Because every bag comes from one place, one farm, and one story: the volcanic highlands of Jalapa, Guatemala.
Every bag of Rodeo Peak Coffee begins on a single family farm in the volcanic highlands of Jalapa, Guatemala. The farm is located near the village of Aldea El Rodeo, where farmers wearing cowboy hats can be seen hand picking fresh red coffee beans. Grown at 1,700 meters above sea level, our coffee matures slowly in mineral-rich volcanic soil, naturally shaded by pine and banana trees. This slower growth produces denser beans with deeper sweetness and greater complexity than mass-produced coffee.Β
Our coffee is 100% naturally grown and harvested only once per year, which creates a special limited harvest. It also means quality is never rushed and yield is never forced. No chemicals. No shortcuts. Just coffee shaped by its environment.Β
We import directly from our family farm and roast in small batches in Ontario to preserve freshness, purity, and flavor. No blends. No fillers. No middlemen. What you taste is the coffee's true character. Bold, clean, and naturally sweet.Β
